If you want a VA rating for diabetes then you need to file a claim for diabetes with the VA - you can not assume that the VBA will discover Diabetes in your medical records.

Make sure the diabetes is covered in your TDRL review and they determine if it was a condition that existed while undergoing your initial PEB and if the condition was unfitting at that time. Mike
